| I recently glanced a commercial with a montage of scenes for Enterprise on the sci-fi channel. What episode or episodes feature a green orion slave woman or women? Can anyone ID the episode title for me? |

If you're talking about the show Enterprise with Scott Bakula, then the episode is called "Bound". Check out this link on StarTrek.com for the details of this episode. Sci-Fi channel shows Enterprise quite a bit and maybe you can catch it if you want. Either way, the Orions in this episode are just as beguiling as the ones in TOS. Enjoy, Morgram. |

AHEM, i beleive there are 3 episodes that feature orion ladies. Theres the episode where the guy gives them 3 girls as a ruse to take over the ship much like Mudds women, then theres the one where some of them get sold into slavery and they are selling green girls at the same auction, and then in the mirror darkley ep theres a green girl in a starfleet uniform i believes. Might be a 2 parter in there but at least 3 episodes.
Id have to say because of the difference in makeup technology and sheer screen time the Enterprise versions are much hotter, tho do love that TOS girl. |

Every mother`s son of a trekker knows very well that it is the TNG-era mindset that has DESTROYED Star Trek. So let paramount make a multi-million dollar cgi TOS throwback of a trek movie. IF NOTHING ELSE AT LEAST our beloved constitution class Starship Enterprise will live again. You also hit the nail right on the head with Bakula being too whiney. He has about as much business playing a starship captain as Katie Couric has anchoring the CBS Evening News. I also will say.............green orion slave chicks when you can get` em! lol |

The finale episode of Enterprise ("These are The Voyages...") turns the entire series into a buggy holographic program by Commander Riker aboard Picard's ship.
So, fans (and writers) can argue that ENT is non-canon.

Enterprise was an excellent series and I hate to have to remind you it actually lasted a year longer than TOS did.
I loved how they solved the Klingon looking like humans in tos thing. |

Good greif, i totally agree that enterprise is not any better than any other series, but it was a good series in its own right. I was just pointing out the other eps where one could enjoy green girls. OMG I have such an AWSOME pic I made just for this forum but Im too lazy to get a photobucket-F-et account just to post something. And it would totally top off that pic of the green fat chicks above.
Also on time line, hate most of enterprises changes to the timeline, the introduction of Romulans as significant characters without actually meeting them , ah yes, TOTAL BULLSH#T.
For chaos sake of the forum, turn on the cursor thread sneak peak feature! and allow small pic posts!! |

One thing they did do right on STE was NO F-ING HOLODECKS!!! no dinner parties in scottish cottages, sitting there for an hour chatting and eating corn beef on star trek, thank you very much! Rick Berman should be beaten with a hose.
And with that pic above, why are all the hot ones hiding behind the big ones? |

| In fandom, Goddess is a term that is loosely thrown around. Yes attitude alone can make you a goddess, but that doesnt come through in pictures unless your the only one in the picture. Just constructive criticism here. No offense. |

When TOS was made the whole issue of time line and accuracy was a non issue, it was 1960's TV and very uncomplicated. The difficulty came later as the story became far more complex. I thought Enterprises did a good job of trying to remain loyal to a complex time line while remaining a good series in its own right. Even in TOS there were prior captains of the Enterprise and they never said it was the first spaceship with that name.
There are two types of fans, those that get totally hung up on the accuracy and issues surrounding a show, and those that just sit back and enjoy it for what it is.
Change is allowed after all its just fiction, how many changes have occured in other series such as Dr Who, BSG, James Bond and many more.
You could get tottaly upset and angry about this stuff, or you could take it for what it is (a fictional story) and enjoy it. I chose the latter. |
